Key Learnings

What this project taught me.

Usability in industrial environments

Simple is not obvious. Designing for non-technical users in a physically demanding environment forced me to strip every screen to its absolute minimum.

Managing non-technical stakeholders

Factory managers think in outcomes, not features. Framing every decision as a business result — not a technical one — was the real skill.
